HAPPY CANADA DAY :)
Tonight I have an 4pm - 12am shift. At McDonald’s. Which is located beside one of the best places to sit and watch the fireworks where I live.. So it’s gonna be packed! Also, I binged last night so that means I don’t get to eat today, so I hope I make it through my shift alright and don’t get too light headed and dizzy. But I decided since it’s gonna be such a hectic shift and I’ll work so hard that I’m gonna bring a pedometer to work and calculate how many calories I’ve burned, and then decide what I’ll eat based on that, when I get home. I know this is really bad, but I’m thinking about allowing myself to binge tonight.. Maybe. But only a healthy binge that’ll last me at least an hour, and keep me full for most of tomorrow cause I have another shift tomorrow morning and I won’t have time to eat breakfast. I was thinking of eating 3 servings of plain old fashioned oatmeal (which is 1.5 cups) with just a little brown sugar on top. It’ll add up to about 470 calories (brown sugar included) but I’m just not sure if I should allow it. I mean, I do want to eat tonight, and I know that that will fill me up enough to keep me satisfied even throughout tomorrow’s 6 hour shift, but I still consider it a binge and I that’s a habit I have to break. I don’t know.
prettypages asked: an ed is a journey to the grave...I thought I could just be thin and happy, and I was/am miserable. I don't want you to live with this. I hope you're ok
I’m trying to recover, because I’ve seriously damaged my body and I got really scared. I hope it’s not too late for you, I think there’s still hope for me. Thank you for the message though, that was awfully sweet of you.
Anyone know somewheres online to figure out how many calories I would have burned during my shift at work today?
I worked a 4.5 hour shift at McDonald’s today (I worked drive-thru, so I had to take money, bag orders, and work on stocking up products) and I was just wondering how I’d figure out what I burned. Some sites are telling me that I burned around 600 calories but that seems way too high for me, since that’s more than I burn when I go on a 9 mile walk (and I’m 100 lbs).

I want a Tumblr friend. I want a best friend on Tumblr, who I tell my secrets to, who I text 24/7 and who thinks the same things are funny as me. I want a Tumblr friend who won’t judge, who will give me advice and who I can go to for anything. I want a Tumblr friend who reblogs the same things I do and who likes the same things as me.

Net Calorie Intake?
Maybe this is a really stupid question, but is the net calorie intake a sure thing? What I mean to say is; let’s say I’m allowed to eat 1500 calories a day and I consume 1000 and burn 500, does that really mean that all those 500 calories are gone and I’m allowed to eat another 1000 calories without it affecting my weightloss/diet? Thanks xo

Intake: 740
Burned: 500
Net Intake: 240
Seriously considering adding another 150 on top of that. I’m craving more oatmeal.. I might allow it, since my net intake would still be under 500 even if i did add the extra 150, and I’ll just fast all day tomorrow (which is what I typically do anyways) and wait til like 9 ish to eat. I’ve got work tomorrow though, so I won’t get to work out (well, I don’t really “work out”, I just walk 7-9 mile walks) but I should burn at least 200 there since I’ll be on my feet the entire time. Also, my butt is KILLING me from all the walking I’ve been doing but I’m kinda proud of it :) It also means I’ll have a killer ass if I can keep this up. And, I’m back down to 100 lbs, so those 3 lbs I gained from those 5 days in a row of bingeing are gone! Yep, I’m definitely getting that extra bowl of oatmeal, so my net intake is now 390 :) Night guys :)
